Feel the soil of the plants. No plant has a certain amount of water. What it does need, is enough to survive. You can over water plants and underwater them. The soil moisture varies in each plant. It really depends on the type of day and temperatures you have in the day to, to know how much to water. Usually water plants when the soil is dry and you will be safe, just as long as the soil isn't so dry it kills the plant.
